Shipping Policy

Shipping unless otherwise stated is included FOC. On all food or fresh produce we do not accept returns. We do our upmost to pack items well and protect them from breakage. If you do receive an item that is damaged please make sure to photograph it and let us know as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns on fresh or fertile items. 

Collection by Appointment

Please note: You must arrange a time to collect your order. We do not accept random callers and follow strict Avian Flu precautions which can be transmitted by visitors and pets, including dogs.

 

For this reason we must insist all visitors are by appointment only.
